wanna increase you modem
speed? follow this......
1-open your device manager

2-open the modem properties

3-in the Avanced Tab --> Extra

initialization commands

4-type this AT&FX

for me it gave a 115K speed

If you had a dialup connection
then the effective speed still
remains the same. What
improves by changing
initialization commands is a
clearer or a more stable
connection.
Also AT&FX is supported for LT

you can use this commmand to get

115 speed for yout gprs modem...

same as the modem properties....

advance tabe=>command
