    Marking the Fingerprint

    Your are kindly informed that I was out of office on 21.03.2011 and 30.03.2011 since I have
    visited the Battaramulla Branch and Havelock Branch respectively, on those days. Therefore, I
    was not in a position to mark the fingerprint on those days when leaving.

    Please therefore be good enough to mark the leave time as 5.00 p.m for the above mentioned
    days.
