    Bhopal : TMI e2E Academy Pvt. Ltd. has signed up its first specialized, subsidized job-guaranteed
    training program for graduates to make them employable in the corporate sector with Indian
    Immunologicals Ltd (IIL). This 24-day training program is the first implementation of the innovative
    JOJOE (Jointly Owned Job Oriented Education) Model of TMI e2E Academy. Mr. T. Muralidharan,
    Chairman- TMI Group remarked - “We are delighted to be associated in this venture with IIL. This
    initiative is the first of many that we will roll out to address the issue of graduate employability in
    this country.” This training based on the Job Instruction Method (JIM) will equip participants with
    required product knowledge, marketing skills and soft skills to enable them perform with confidence
    as marketing professionals in the booming Bio-Pharma industry.
