Arrowhead Gripper Elevator, Lowerator,

And Rinser Lubrication System Programming

Programming:
1) To enter the programming mode, press the red and green buttons for 4 seconds.
2) The display will briefly read P1.
3) P1 stands for the hours setting for cycle time. To set the cycle time, push the green button. The
display will increment by 1 for a range from 0 to 99 hours.
4) When the desired setting is reached, push the red button. The display will briefly read P2.
5) P2 stands for the minutes setting for cycle time. To set the cycle time, push the green button. The
display will again increment by 1 for a range of 0 to 59 minutes. Note: P1 and P2 add up for a total
cycle time.
6) When the desired setting is reached, push the red button. The display will briefly read P3.
7) P3 stands for the number of 1 minute consecutive cycles you want to occur. The range is 1 to 3. To
set the cycle quantity, push the green button. This means the Lubrication System will run for 1 to 3
minutes during the cycle time programmed in P1 and P2.
8) When the desired setting is reached, push the red button repeatedly until the display shows P-.
Pushing the green button will finish and set the parameters you just set. Pushing the red button will
start the programming procedure over.

Standard setting notes:

1) For a Water Rinser, the standard setting is 1 cycle every 6 hours. P1=06, P2=00, P3=01.
2) For an Air Rinser, Lowerator and Elevator the standard setting is 1 cycle every 4 hours. P1=04,
P2=00, P3=01.
