software systems involving thousands of users and millions of
transactions per day, managing complexities involving hundreds of
servers and more than 3 TB of database size, and working out project

cut, I have played a key role in implementing pragmatic, cost-
effective technology solutions, delivering high-visibility projects,

* As Senior Manager, IT Software Development, I successfully led a
$5.5M project to integrate a COTS system into a home-grown
application by re-architecting several modules of the corporate fraud
system built into the 3-tier architecture. I am currently performing
a key leadership role in integrating systems for National Service
Delivery utilizing Service Oriented Architecture. This integration
effort is valued at more than $8M.
* Also I have played an instrumental role in reducing product
development lifecycle 25% (60% expected at completion) and product
development cost 15% (40-50% expected at completion) by leading the
current effort to enable business clients to build and configure
products with minimal IT involvement by overseeing the build of a
state-of the-art, next-generation user interface for the enterprise
billing system.
* While serving CAP Gemini in the role of Development Consultant, I
led a team that designed, built, and implemented a highly scalable
system (in 90 days) that improved process performance from 18 hours
run time to 40 minutes by applying advanced software design
techniques. Subsequently, utilizing multi-threading techniques, we
scaled the application from serving 2-3 user requests/day to more
than 40.
