    Objective and Resume Summary

    7 years experience in design engineering & vendor management of different bulk material handling Systems, belt conveyor & crushing screening plant. The expertise includes design of bulk material handling system for power plant, ports, mines, washery plants, stockyard systems including stacker, reclaimer, blender, rail & truck loading and unloading units, detail conveyor system, crushing-screening system etc. Materials handled are mainly coal, hard rock, limestone & iron ore.

    Prime responsibility / role includes pre-feasibility, feasibility, up-gradation study, plant layout design, selection and sizing of different mechanical equipments including conveyor, crusher, screen, feeder, hopper, compressor, ventilation system, dust extraction system etc, basic and detail design calculations of conveyors including power calculation, belt selection, starting stopping time calculation, drive selection, pulley design etc, preparation of technical specifications, equipment list, technical evaluation of bid documents, review and approval of drawings.
