Any citizen of India, located in any part of the world, can join the Francis Alukkas Easy Gold Online Scheme. 2. Members can pay equivalents of, from Rs.1000 to Rs.20000, in equal monthly installments for 24 months. 3. At the end of 24 months, the member can get gold Jewellery or coins to the value of the total amount deposited, at the prevailing market gold rate, from any Francis Alukkas showroom in Kerala. Under no circumstances will the deposit be returned in cash. 4. The monthly payments should be paid in cash or through online payment modes before the 10th of every month. 5. Failure to pay the installment by the 10th of the month will result in the total period being extended by one month for every such default, for the member to be eligible to claim gold at the end of the scheme period. 6. If any member opts out of the scheme midway, gold to the value of the total amount paid till opting out can be realized only at the end of the full scheme period. 7. The deposit is not transferable. 8. At the conclusion of the scheme period, the concerned member has to come in person with all relevant documents and proof of identity in order to claim the gold. 9. Francis Alukkas reserves the right to make any changes or amendments to the rules of the scheme at any time. 10. Any complaints related to this scheme will come under the jurisdiction of the Kozhikode Judiciary in Kozhikode District, Kerala State, India. 11. In accordance with this scheme, there will be no making charges for Jewellery made in Kerala, Coimbatore,Bombay,Hyderabad, Bengali and Local designs. Jewellery in special designs will enjoy a fixed discount and be free of sales tax.
