Topic: A Study on the effectiveness of Performance Appraisal System in an Organization .

Problem Statement: In large organization like TCS ,a single performance appraisal system is used across all levels of employees. So it is not possible for the organization to measure the strengths and weaknesses of its employees in an effective way. Thorough this study we try to capture the significant role played by performance appraisal system in overall development of each and every employee in the organization. Expected Deliverable: Suitable Performance appraisal methods for each distinct level of employees in the organization. Additional Comments: Identifying the Factors influencing the Effective Performance Evaluation and Feedback at each distinct levels of the organization and recommendations to avoid discrepancies in the Performance Appraisal System.
