ABSENTEEISM RATE

In Nanavati Motors, how often executives are absent in a particular month decides the absenteeism rate for the whole organization. The absenteeism rate is very low in the nanavati motors because of the friendly atmosphere created by the top level management which the executives feel the part of the family. If any employee take unnecessary absent then some amount of salary is deducted from their principle account. But since past few years, no such deduction activity has done in nanavati motors. The employee should intimate in advance to any colleagues or any authority person, if he/her wants to remain absent for a particular day. The reason for to remain absent should be genuine and acceptable. The absent employee should be work for an extra hour to recover his/her absent days. Mostly they have to remain or should pay his/her duty on Sunday in exchange of their absent to particular day.
