    Hey there volunteers!!!

    O.K., I know that this info-mail has been a long time coming but we ve been honing the event down to a fine edge and with that comes quite a tight schedule for what s happening and when. As volunteers your responsibilities are going to come down to: *learning about the foods at your station *setting up the space before vendors arrive *punching tickets *talking to customers *if* things get too busy *and hauling left-over foods up to RuffXXX if that s necessary.

    Attached to this email is a timeline and itinerary of what s happening on Saturday. Look at page 2 of this document for YOUR STATIONS!!!

    Essentially you guys will be meeting us at 11:30PM, having a quick discussion, and manning your station. (session 2 volunteers can hang out and taste) 12:45 session 1 tickets are on sale At 3:00 session 2 tickets are on sale IN KYEONGNIDAN ACROSS FROM BAO At 2:45ish session 1 volunteers will begin breaking down and take any leftovers up to RufXXX At 2:45ish session 2 volunteers will begin setting up (session 1 volunteers can hang out and taste) At 5 pm Session 2 volunteers will begin breaking down stations and take leftovers up to RuffXXX At 6:30 afterparty 1 begins and volunteers will help grade scavenger hunt sheets. At 7:00 scavenger hunt sheets graded and ranked At 7:30 prizes finished At 8:00, Afterparty 2 begins. Chill.The.Fuck.Out. On Sparrow Hills, Yours, He said/She said, playing FOR YOU!!!
