    LIMITATIONS the study suffers from some limitations due to the problems encountered during the project study.     LIMITATIONS

    The study suffers from some limitations due to the problems encountered during the project study.

     Sample size was limited to one business unit, thus the results cannot be generalized to other business units.  The study is limited to a small time frame of two months and hence the results may be biased.  Some of the respondents were reluctant to part with certain information on the text of sensitivity of the information and also, in some case the policy of the company came in the way for a free revelation of the desired input.  Some of the employees were not candid enough to divulge all the required information. The magnitude of the influence of these limiting factors can have a bearing on the report, but is too little to alter the basic objective s of the report.
