Questionnaire Design

Our questionnaire has 28 items in total 4 questions are about the demographics of the respondent i.e. age, gender, education, occupation 4 questions are about general brand attributes e.g. if a logo influence buying decision, importance of a brand to get its logo changed etc. 5 questions are specific to four brands each for Airtel, Videocon, Godrej and HUL

We have used semantic differential scale for knowing attitudes, feelings, likes/dislikes of the respondents about the four specific brands All our questions in the questionnaire are close ended questions We did not use visual aid of the old and new logo in the questionnaire for the purpose of not influencing the respondents We floated the questionnaire online, so the respondent base is pan- India We have got 52 responses in total
