Prob1: There was very little in way of existing training. Solve: Firstly Manager recruit the talent employee for increase team sizes and improve sales techniques. Managers have to give better training this employee. But company training systems was very little. So managers cannot give training their employee. To prevent this problem company have to improve their training level. Prob2: Managers did not have the time to delivery comprehensive training to their staff. Solve: In this situation Managers have to recruit trained employee. So no time are wasted for training. If trained employee are not available that time manager hired a knowledgeable employee in other company for full time or part time. This person helps the staff to sales techniques and starts the business. Prob3: Any form of performance coaching was not available for individuals. Solve: Performance coaching was not available for individuals. For this reason staffs are not productive. To improve this problem manager can divide the team under the experienced staff. Every experienced employee helps the junior employee to improve their performance. Prob4: the business was struggling to move researchers through to the consulted role. Solve: The business was struggling. To improve this situation manager move researchers through to the consulted role. Researchers research the market and indentify the problem why companies are fall. Lastly researcher tell how to solve the problem.
