BSTRACT Telecommunication has always been the main field of interest of most of this student of business and administration.

For the past few years the immense development in the telecommunication industry has received a tremendous boost after when the government went on the privatization spree, opted for economic liberation and lessened its control from the financial institutions. It resulted in the stream of private telecom industry in Pakistan. The telecommunication organizations were also affected by strategy, because new organization provides better services then the old one. The wateen is the largest telecommunication organization in the private sector and also faces the high competition in the country like PTCL therefore it change its strategy in the country and providing wireless, WIMAX and solution to the organization at corporate level its also provide the services to the single user. The reason behind selecting the Wateen Telecom Abbottabad is that this organization is multinational company in telecommunication centre and is consider one of the best institutions in the country. This Project is the essence of personal observation and cognition process during the one day of project program in wateen office in Mandian Branch; Abbottabad.We observed the branch carefully and gained a lot of information about Wateen.
