Turi, do hereby transfer and assign all of my right, title and interest in and to a membership interest in Cajun Custom Homes, LLC equal to sixteen and sixty-five/one-hundredths (16.65%) of all current issued and outstanding membership interests in the Company. This Assignment of Limited Liability Company Interest shall be binding upon the undersigned and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of the undersigned.
