Wika Ayon kay Gleason, ang wika ay isang masistemang balangkas na sinasalitang tunog na pinili at isinaayos sa paraang arbitraryo

o upang magamit sa kommunikasyon ng mga taong nabibilang sa isang kultura. > Ang varayti ng wika ay ang pagkakaroon ng natatanging katangian na nauugnay sa partikular na uri ng katangiang sosyo-sitwasyunal na makatutulong sa pagkilala sa isang partikular na varyasyon o varayti ng wika. > Ito rin ang pagkakaiba-iba sa uri ng wika na ginagamit ng mga tao sa bansa.Maaaring ang pagkakaiba ay nasa bigkas, tono, uri at anyo ng salita.

Dayalek/ Dayalekto -pagkakaiba iba o baryasyon sa loob ng isang particular na wika. -wikang sinasalita ng isang neyographical. Hal: pakiurong nga po ang plato (Bulacan hugasan) pakiurong nga po ang plato (Maynila iusog) 2. Idyolek -nakagawiang pamamaraan sa pagsasalita ng isang individual o ng isang pangkat ng mga tao. Tono ng kausap o tagapakinig (tenor of discourse) naaayon ang wika sa sino ang nag-uusap. b. Paksa ng pinag-uusapan (field of discourse) batay sa larangan na tinatalakay at sa panahon. c. Paraan o paano nag-uusap ( mode of discourse) pasalita o pasulat pagtalima sa mga panunturan dapat sundin batay sa uri ng piniling paraan ng pag-uusap.

Physical fitness is often divided into the following categories in order for people to be able examine its components or parts. Particularly, physical fitness is judged by: 1. Cardiovascular endurance: This is the ability of the body to deliver oxygen and nutrients to tissues and to remove wastes over sustained periods of time. 2. Muscular strength & endurance: Strength deals with the ability of the muscle to exert force for a brief time period, while endurance is the ability of a muscle, or group of muscles, to sustain repeated contractions or to continue to apply force against an inert object. 3. Flexibility: This denotes the ability to move joints and use muscles through their full range of motion. 4. Body composition: Considered as one of the components of fitness, composition refers to the body in terms of lean mass (muscle, bone, vital tissue, and organs) and fat mass. Actually, the optimal ratio of fat to lean mass is an indication of fitness. Performing the right set of exercises can help people get rid off body fat and increase or maintain muscle mass. Importance of Physical Fitness Gone are the days when physical exercises were meant for people serving in the armed forces (or those having physically demanding jobs). These days, a physically fit body, free from aliments of any kind, is believed to be one of the most important assets that a human being can possess. The importance of physical fitness and exercise, customized to the specific requirements of both young and old, has led to the popularity and use of exercise equipment. The easy access to gyms and fitness centers further highlights the importance of physical fitness. This has resulted in people leading longer and healthier lives, that their predecessors could not have dreamed of. What is Physical Fitness? So what is physical fitness? Well, it is a state or condition in which both your body and your mind are healthy and physically sound (by taking in proper nutrition and maintaining a good workout schedule). It is not necessary for a person who is physically fit to have a lean body, that can be achieved by maximum calories burned. Rather, they should have strong body endurance, along with good muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. It is also important to remember that a physically fit body is generally accompanied with a happy and satisfied state of mind.
