are aware that we are working very hard on the Hotel project and all our group concerned are also dealing with your bank. Sanctioned details of our project are enclosed herein. We have been sanctioned term loan for our Hotel and Retail space project, which is under construction at full swing in Faridabad. Our rate of interest is presently linked with PLR and you are charging PLR + 1% interest in our loan account. Looking into the present scenario the rate charged is on very high side. With this high cost of funds, it will be difficult for us to complete the project. You are hereby requested to link our interest rate to base rate and charge interest at base rate+ 3 % i.e 12.5% at present.
