The Defendant took loan agrani finance and commerce (COS) 400000 first time and 600000 next

time and my client was the second guarantor of the defendant. The defendant paid 150000 from the amount. The COS said that she should pay 75% in order to release the client from the loan. Then the Defendant took the client again to the COS and they restrained the defendant and her for 11 hours. All, on that day agreed that they would release her from the loan and resituated another guarantor instead the client orally. Again they demanded money from her the day before yesterday after 5 months.
