He obtained his M.Phil degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2008, M.Sc Degree in Computer science from Bharathidasan University, Trichy in 2005. He is working as a Guest Lecturer in School of Computer Science and Engineering, Bharathiar University. He has totally six years of experience out of which three years as a system administrator and the remaining in teaching and research. He worked under the guidance of Ms. Tamanna Chatruvedi, a faculty of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi for two weeks during which he had carried out rigorous data and literature collection work for Computer Applications in Evaluating Export Competitiveness through Product Market Identification. He has published and attended more than 23 national, internationals conference, workshops and seminars. He has guided 33 students for final semester projects for MCA. He attended a two week ISTE Workshop on Effective teaching/learning of Computer Programming conducted by Indian Institue of Technology, Bombay on 28th June - 10th July 2010. He handles computer science subjects such as Foundations of Computer Science, Information Coding Techniques, Multimedia Systems, Open Source tools and Web Technologies for the post graduate students in Computer Application, Information Technology and Computer Science at School of Computer Science and Engineering, Bharathiar University. He handles also Distance Education Programme for MCA and PGDCA. He has expertised in C, C++, PHP, AJAX, PERL, Java Script, ASP.Net and HTML. He motivates the students to achieve more and more. He is class incharge for I MCA in the year of 2010 2011. He has organized a National Seminar on Research in Computers: Why, What and How?. He volunteers in extending his hands to support the faculty in department activities such as organizing seminars and conferences. He has delivered, a Chief Guest address Infomix11 conducted by Department of Computer Science, Vellakoil Arts and Science College, Vellakoil. He has delivered a speech on Web Designing Tools organized by Department of Computer Science, Bharathidasan University College, Perambalur 621 107 He is pursuing his Ph.D in Image mining. His areas of interest are Data mining, Image mining and Multimedia. He is a member of IEEE, IET and IAENG.
