    STEP BY STEP SETUP IBM HMC 1.

    Power on HMC and find out the screen below then click Log on

    2. Log in with user hscroot and password abc123 ( default)

    3. Setup Network Click HMC Management

    Change Network

    4. Click LAN Adapter Tab

    Select adapter

    Click details

    5. Check Private option and Enable DHCP, select IP range for server will you connect to it.

    6. Expand System Management then click Server, you will see the IP address represent the server wich connect to HMC

    7. Check the Server that you want to initialize then click the double arraw and select update password.

    8. Fill the new password for HMC, ASM General , and ASM Administrator

    9.Setup Power Prameter of the Server: Check the Server wich you want to setup and then click double arraw. Select properties uncheck Power off after ..

    10. Click Power On Parameter Tab

    11. Select User Initiated to set the Power On manualy

    11. Server ready to power on : Check Server and select Power ON

    Click double arraw

    Click Operation

    12. Click OK to start power on
