Letter of Show Cause The previous letter sent by Sale Channel Management (see Ref: S198-0411/SNS-70/scmHQ) is referred. There are a few reasons that I need to highlight before accusing right to the problem. Being an educated agent, there is no such thing that I have done to dispute Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM). Therefore, the accusation of behaving as such unethical matter is regretted. 2. As always, I am obeying all the standards practise and code of ethics when dealing / conducting the business. For your information, TM has given full sponsorship at my university level of educational at Multimedia University campus Bukit Beruang. Presently, my father is Technical Assistant (TA)at Kelantan under unit of Network Access Operational Kelantan (NO). So, there is no such reason or at any needs that Im intended to dispute or being unethical person when promoting TMs products and services. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a situation of miscommunication and misunderstanding upon solving the problem. Thus, the finding is that the case is never being brought up as a matter to dispute TMs reputations. 3. I hope this accusation of presenting unethical practice will be dropped without any negotiations. Also hoping the penalty shall never being exerted to the company. 4. The consideration and cooperation given by SCM are much appreciated. Thank you.
