MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENT: This Agreement made and entered into and between

AMIR, MONGKOY, PUTRI, MANTA, of legal ages, married and with addresses at CEBU, hereinafter known as the First Party. ABDULMAJEED D. DJAMLA, of legal ages, married and with address at Disomangcop Village, Madaya Lilod, Marawi City, , hereinafter known as the Second Party

WITNESSETH
1. The subject matter of the agreement is as on appeal case to the Court of Appeals in CA.GR. No.65640. and supersedes all others previous contact / agreement which have been referred into and between the first and second party. 2. The second Party is responsible to follow-up to the Court of Appeals or until the termination of the case before the Supreme Court and execution of the judgment. 3. The first party will give the twenty-five (25%) percent of the Case awarded to their claim to the Second Party, the said (25%) shall be deducted from the total claim upon delivery to the first party. 4. The twenty- five (25%) percent shall be deducted from any proceed proportionate part of the share of the claim. 5. The twenty- five (25%) percent be deducted from all principal claim upon the release of the bank. 6. The twenty- five (25%) percent be deducted and Segregated to separate check from all principal claim, with second party authorized to withdraw the said amount. 7. The first party and second party agree that this agreement is effective upon the signing of this agreement.
