CHOCLATE CHEESECAKE Decadent cream cheese and chocolate,

baked in chocolate biscuit and cinnamon crust. Prep time:45 minutes Cooking Time:60 minutes Serves:8 y y y y y y y y y 100gm chocolate biscuits crushed 35g butter,melted Half tbsp cinnamon powder 600 gm cheese (@ room temp) 100 g sugar Half tsp vanilla essence 2 eggs 1 tbsp cocoa powder 150 gm dark chocolate

1. Preheat oven to 180deg and butter 6 inch springform cake tin 2. Mix biscuits with butter and cinnamon. Press mixture into base of the tin 3. Beat cream cheese,sugar and vanilla essence until smooth,adding eggs gradually.Stir the cocoa powder 4. Melt chocolate over a double boiler and stir into mixture. 5. Pour the filling on to the biscuit base and bake for an hour at 180 deg.Allow to coolin tin before removing base.Dust with cocoa powder n serve.
