We, the fourth year students of De La Salle Lipa - College of Nursing will be conducting our research entitled Barriers to therapeutic communication of level III De La Salle Lipa nursing students in the clinical settings, as partial fulfillment of the requirements in Nursing Research. In relation to this and stress our point, we would like to ask for your permission to allow us to conduct a survey to our respondents, who are the Level IV nursing students as well as our sample survey that will be conducted to few Level III nursing students of De La Salle Lipa. Regarding our survey it encompasses questions involving the different factors affecting their therapeutic communication along with their patients in the clinical settings such as physical, emotional, cultural and interpersonal barriers.
