Trouble shooting for abnormal slide valve PID : we must check parameter on PLC and found any parameters is Imprecie. First check parameter and re setting again 1. setting parameter slide valve PID 2. setting parameter PID motor speed 3. setting parameter limitation motor speed Trouble shooting for speed VSD stagnant and not indicated : 1. check wiring ok 2. check voltage terminal analog input PLC not indication. 3. check Anolog output no 42 on inverter voltage not indication 4. change Analog output no 42 to analog output no 45 5. change setting parameter inverter for analog 45 6. re calibrate current exciter for zero and span for output 4 - 20 mA after take action we test for running gas compressor and its results is ok trending data continue and RPM display can indicating
