Week : 1 Date : 16th 20th January 2011

1. PROBLEM I had faced time management s problem where I can t finished my lesson as I had planned. It is because I spent a lot of time at practice stage where I had to keep explained the questions because majority of the pupils in class 2 Bijak did not understand English. I had to translate everything in Malay. Some of them could not even read and write. It needed more attention from me because I did not want them lost. I wanted them got something during the lesson.

2. ANALYSIS This problem occurred because I had taken more time in practice stage to give the pupils chances to try and solved the questions given.

3. IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTION a. I have to manage my time better. I will make plan A and plan B for my Lesson Plan especially on Sunday because on that day there is an annual assembly. b. To make sure I will not taking extra time, I will make simple and easy tasks but still achieve my objectives. c. I will ask my guidance teacher s advice and also discuss with my friends.

4. DURATION I will try to improve this matter as soon as possible. A good time management is needed to make sure our lesson work smoothly and we achieve our objectives as what we have planned.

5. ASSESMENT I will ask my guidance teacher to observe my lesson in order to improve my time management.

6. ACTION While writing a lesson plan, I will think suitable objectives and activities which suit to the period of time. Such as, I will put more activities on 1 hour period compare to 30 minutes period. It will make the lesson works smoothly. And at the same time, I will not disappoint the pupils mood because every time I handle an activity they are very excited to do it. I can see that, through activities they had learnt what the teachers teach and the teachers also achieve their objectives.
