I watched or listened to almost all of the trial.

Caylee Marie Anthony A little girl was missing And her, skeleton, finally found A Mother charged with murder And, a Jury, Duty Bound! A huge, crazy, media frenzy Tried in the tabloids and in news Pundits of every strange kind Putting forth, their varied views. Evidence? Circumstantial! The truth? We may never know! But, the State for the Death Penalty Might have been, their death blow. I used to be an advocate But, Murder is still the same And, wonder how many have Died By mistake, in Justices Name? Maybe, Casey did the deed But, due to our Constitution The sworn Jury of her Peers Came to, the Right Resolution. A family with many problems But, thats not what its about The State couldnt prove their case Beyond all, and any doubt. Too many with, nothing, to do Than, to guess and fantasize The thought of any innocence Not seen, by biased eyes. Justice, was truly served And though, many may not like it Just because it may, have happened The Jury, had to strike it. Just take a moment, and think
