TERMS & CONDITION

We deal with Advance Payment. No credit supply is provided. Sales target is based on Areas / Territories allotted to you. Target will be assessed quarterly. Dispatches will be through transport or cargo on TO PAY BASIS. Party can give choice of their transport.

V.

Expiries and / or Breakages will not be accepted. We supply long expiry products.

VI. VII.

Minimum Order will be Rs 10,000 /- at a time. Sales should be restricted to the areas allotted to the Party. Infiltration to other areas will be viewed seriously and can lead to the termination of the agreement.

VIII.

The agreement will be for 5 years and can be extended further based on performance.

IX.

The agreement can be terminated by either side through notice 2 months before.

X.

Any dispute will be subjected to Chandigarh Jurisdiction only.
