COMMERCIAL PERMITS ISSUED FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2011

The total projected dollar valuation is more than $55 Million in construction that will benefit the Tucson economy
The City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department (PDSD) has completed the reviews and issued more than 85 commercial permits for Tenant Improvements and New construction projects from June 1 - 30, 2011. Some of the recently permitted projects include: New Quik Trip Store located at 6385 E. Golf Links New Medical Office Building located 1615 N. Swan Rd New Parking Garage for the District project located at 550 N. 5th Ave
