Customizing Subjects

Use
You can use subjects to store structured information such as causes, reasons, and tasks in complaints/returns transactions. For this, you need to set up the hierarchical structure of subjects in Customizing, using subject profiles, catalogs, and code groups.

You can subsequently evaluate subjects using queries in the SAP Business Information Warehouse. For more information, see Setting Up BW Integration for Complaints Analysis.

You could create the following structure for a catalog "Reason", in the subject profile "Return": Code Group Delivery Code Delivered too late Wrong item delivered Quality Material defect Damaged during transport Defective
