Synechiotomy*

(*) Term used for decades to name the resource which allows the Uncircumcised Boy's Hygiene without the need to describe it as prepucial Synechiotomy. After the findings in the cadaveric research of studied foreskins from fetuses to elders, through which it was proved that the foreskin is a smooth muscle with a plexiform contexture (Dartos Straffon Vargas de la Cruz), it was possible to add to the resource the essential Expansion, Distention and prepucial Expansion maneuvers. But the Synechiotomy word regarding the Non-Circumcised Hygiene, remains as such, and so it has been deeply rooted in the pediatric world.
