Step 1a: Connect the Video out of the guide unit to the customer supplied modulator.

Step 1b: Connect the Audio out of the guide unit to the customer supplied modulator. **Step 2: Connect the Modem Line In to the customer supplied phone source. (If applicable) Step 3: Connect the Ethernet cable from the guide Ethernet Port to the Routers LAN port. *** Never connect the client unit directly to the internet modem! *** Step 4: Connect the routers WAN port to the customer supplied internet modem. Step 5: Connect the power to the GUESTV guide unit. Step 6: Turn the power on and wait for the unit to boot up. This may take 2-3 minutes. Step 7: Using a TV, check the output of the channel you have modulated the guide, to verify the picture/sound quality, and to make sure the unit has finished its boot up. Step 8: Call 1-877-ITS-ONTV (1-877-487-6688) to have a technician assist in the final setup of your GUESTV Guide unit. Please have the outside IP address and ports 20,21 and 5631-5634 forwarded from the router to the Guide unit, or the modem phone number ready when you call.
