    July 13, 2011 Change of Shift Schedule RE: Change of class schedule Good Day!

    I am writing you in regards to my request to change my shift schedule. I am currently scheduled to work 1st Shift every from Monday to Friday from 10PM to 7AM. I would need to change my current working time to 11PM to 8AM due to a conflict on my Teaching schedule until mid of September just need to finish the First Semester. I have already talked to my seniors (Allan and Abe) about the time and they agreed that there will be no problem from the time the adjustments have been done. After this, I will give up my part-time job as College Instructor. In case there will be overtime, I am willing to take leave on my teaching job because my first priority is DG3. Please advise what action will be needed on my part to make this happen. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely,
