Pineapple Pork Stew in Red Wine Ingredients: cloves Garlic 1 Onions Black Pepper (whole) 2-4 pcs Laurel

el Leaves 2 pcs. Carrots ( Cubes) Pineapple Tidbits (1 small pack) 3 tbs. Oysters sauce 5 tbs. Red wine 1 kilo pork (Thin Strip Cut) Procedure: 1. Get pan put small amount of cooking Oil/butter, put the garlic cook it until its golden brown, put the onions and next put the pork. Put some salt to taste. ( I suggest put 1 small pack of magic Sarap or Ginisa mix) 2. When the pork is tender, juicy and the oil is out, put the laurel leaves, black pepper, carrots and 5 tbs. Red wine and mix it. Until the spirit of red wine is out. 3. If the Carrot is cook, put the 3 tbs. Oyster sauce and 1 small pack of Pineapple Tidbits with the juice. Mix it well and taste it. Serving: Good for 4-6 people. For garnishing put some crunchy/cook sesame seeds on top and serve it.
