The commission has dispensed with the sale of applications through HPOs / Sales Counter of Commissions office. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:PC. No. 01 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelors Degree from any recognised University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognised by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification. Must possess a Degree in Mining Engineering from any University of India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission; or a Diploma in Mining Engineering from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad or an equivalent Diploma from any other recognized Institute. i) Must have passed P.U.C. or Intermediate provided that, preference shall be given to persons possessing Higher General Education qualifications. ii) Must have passed the Short-hand (English) by the grade for which the rate of speed prescribed is not less than 180 words per minute; provided that, preference shall be given to persons who have also passed Shorthand (Telugu) by Higher grade. iii) Must have passed the typewriting (English) by Higher grade provided that, preference shall be given to persons who have also passed type writing (Telugu) by Higher grade. Must posses a Bachelors Degree in any subject with a degree or a diploma in Journalism/ public relation from any university in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognised by the UGC or an equivalent qualification. Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Science or Economics or Maths or Statistics or Commerce of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or Provincial Act or any institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification. Must hold a Degree of any recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification with Computers as one of the optional subjects. 2 Must hold a Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification and pass in any one of the following Certificate Course Examination conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P., Hyderabad. a) Office Automation b) PC Maintenance & Trouble Shooting c) Web Designing. Detailed Notification with breakup of vacancies, scale of pay, age, community, Educational qualifications and other instructions along with prescribed Application proforma may be viewed at WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in). After filling the necessary details, the challan will be generated in downloadable/printable PDF, Candidates are required to take printout of the challan which may be retained with the candidates for reference. The Candidates are required to pay the amount indicated in the challan in any branch of State Bank of India across the country / AP Online centres and fill up application form ONLINE as detailed below. All the essential certificates issued by the competent authority shall compulsorily be kept with the applicants to produce as and when required, on the day of verification date itself for verification. If candidates fail to produce the same, the candidature is rejected / disqualified without any further correspondence. IMPORTANT: The Candidate should read the Commissions Notification and other instructions available in Users Guide carefully before applying for the Recruitment and enter the particulars properly in the Application though ON-LINE. Candidates are required to retain a photocopy of Application form with Reference Id No. Candidates have to submit applications only through online mode, Hand written/ Typed/ Photostat copies/ Printed Application Form will not be entertained either by APPSC directly or by Post Office or in person. Candidates are advised to submit their applications through on-line well in advance of the last date to avoid last day rush. Detailed Notification along with proforma application will be available at WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) from 11/07/2011.

How to pay Fees and fill in the Application Form. I Step:- The Candidate has to log-on to the WEBSITE (www.apspsc.gov.in) and enter his/her Basic Details like Name, Fathers Name, Date of Birth, and Community. II Step:- Immediately on entering the above details the Applicant will get Challan Form to pay the Fee at AP Online centers /State Bank of India. III Step:- The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee in any one of the A.P. Online centers / State Bank of India and obtain Fee paid Challan with Journal Number in the first instance. IV Step:- On the next working day after payment of Fee the Applicant should again visit WEBSITE and enter the Journal Number to get the format of Application. The applicant has to invariably fill all the columns in the Application and submit on-line.
