2 years post-qualification experience in finance,

accounts, audit, project appraisal, project financing,
monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a bank/
financial/
developmental
institution,
and
also
conversant with use of computer and related
software.
Essential:
i) Degree of a recognized University with not less than
50% marks (relaxable upto 45% in the case of
SC/ST and departmental candidates).
ii) 2 years post qualification experience in Central
/State Govt./Semi Govt. Organizations/ Coop.
Organizations.
Desirable:
Diploma in Cooperation
Essential:
Degree of a recognized University with knowledge of
computers.
Desirable:
i) Knowledge of Hindi
ii) Knowledge of Typing

Note:
a. Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH (with 40% disability) and 3 yrs for OBC candidates.
b. SC/ST candidates should produce caste certificate issued from the competent authorities.
c. OBC candidates applying for post reserved for OBC should not belong to Creamy Layer and shall produce
certificate from the competent authorities.
d. Physically handicapped candidates with not less than 40% disability (OA/OL/OAL/B/LV/HH) should produce
certificate from competent medical authorities.
e. Age, educational qualifications and experience in suitable cases may be relaxed by the officer next higher to
the appointing authority.

Candidates who fulfill the educational, experience, age and other criteria may send their application in the
format (which may be downloaded from the website http:///www.ncdc.in) alongwith attested copies of date of
birth, educational and professional qualifications, caste certificate, experience / employment certificate and a
photograph must be enclosed with the application.
Applications of candidates employed in Central/State Governments/Public Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies
should be routed through proper channel and accompanied by vigilance clearance/ integrity certificate along
with a statement giving details of penalties imposed, if any.
The envelope containing the application may be superscribed Application for the post of ___________________

Institutional Area, Hauz Khas, New Delhi110016 within 30 days of publication of this
advertisement. Envelope on which post applied for is not indicated will be rejected. Applications by
ordinary post/hand delivery/private courier will not be accepted.
Applications sent only by Registered / Speed Post will be accepted. Applications received after 5.00 p.m. of
the close date will not be considered. NCDC will not be responsible for postal delay or loss.
Besides Pay + Grade Pay, the posts carry DA, HRA and Transport Allowance at Central Govt. rates. Other
benefits include New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, Gratuity, Group Insurance, Medical
Reimbursement and LTC as per rules of the Corporation. Employment in the Corporation involves liability to
serve anywhere in the country.
Mere fulfilling of essential qualifications would not entitle an applicant to be called for skill test/written test
viva/voce/Interview. NCDC may make a preliminary selection on the basis of academic records / %age of
marks etc.

m. For 1 post of Programme Officer under General Category and 2 posts of Junior Assistant under General
Category separate panel will be prepared for candidates holding Degree in Commerce from recognized

university. The other conditions remaining the same.
