    *Total number of outside hours needed at time of graduation. Make a COPY of this sheet for your records. This form is for OUTSIDE hours ONLY! DO NOT include inside hours on this sheet! Each event can only count for up to 4 hours! (i.e. If youve gone to the animal shelter already for 4 hours this school year, you will not receive more hours for going back to the animal shelter. If you volunteer at an all-day event for 4+ hours, you will only receive 4 hours for that event.) Return to Mrs. Freeman in room E157.
