    Increase the pp2 HTM temperature(0.5c). In time of, filter C/O ,flow is diverted then increase the M/Rbcoz maintain the flow for finisher level.

    Ensure that which filter take in line & direction of valve. Which filter take in line flushed by N2 from drain / venting point. Close the drain valve & already open the drain valve. Contact the DCS person & open the inlet valve Rate of valve opening that increase the flow 500 kg/hr. When filter fillup, polymer is running venting point Ensure that polymer is clear or not. When polymer is clear(black particle) then close the inlet valve. Open the outlet valve for back flushing. Ensure that polymer is clear or not. Then take in inlet valve &outlet valve& check polymer. If polymer is clear then filter is lineup. According to colourvalue ,drop the pressure 50kpa in every hr. Contact the lab and check the chips.
