    After transfer request please:

    - Turn your phone ON and leave it. - You will receive a text message from Rogers and on that text message they will
    inform you that your number has been transferred. - After you receive the text message, please TURN your phone OFF and TURN it ON again. - At that time, your voicemail password would be your last four digit of your transferred phone number.

    The porting process can take anywhere from 1 hour to 5 business days. Please contact your Rogers sales rep if you have any questions.
