Our esteemed Member, Today, we have unveiled the new NSSF GO campaign which offers you new service

channels which will enable us to provide instant, convenient, cheap, modern and customer friendly service to you. The NSSF GO comprises of 4 new service channels: 1. SMS service; NSSF members will be able to access their balances via SMS on their mobile phones 2. E-statements; NSSF members will access their full NSSF statements online from our website. 3. NSSF Call centre NSSF members can now call us at no cost to themselves through a toll 4. free line 0800 286773. 5. Face book NSSF members can interact with us, share opinions and ideas. How to access your NSSF balance using mobile phone (SMS) 1- Type NSSF< space>NSSF No< space>Date of Birth< space>Full Name 2- Send to 6773. 3- You will receive confirmation of receipt of the SMS immediately, 4- Then a PIN will be generated within 12 hours. 5- You can now use your PIN to check your Balance: type Bal< space> PIN 6- You will receive your Balance immediately How to access your e-statement 1. Send an e-mail to customerservice@nssfug.org requesting a password. Send the following details: i. NSSF Number (13 digits) ii. Your full names (please ensure you provide your full name as at the time of registration with NSSF) iii. Your date of birth iv. Fathers full names 2. A password will be sent to your e-mail within 12 hrs 3. Open the NSSF website www.nssfug.org 4. Fill in your NSSF number and your password on the e-statement feature on the left-hand side of the screen and log in 5. The e-statement will appear on your screen 6.
