(See "Document Certification" in the PCRC Online Guide, found on the PCRC Website, URL: http://www.pcrc.org/pdf/PCRC_Online_User_Guide_en.pdf) - Translation of any document in a language other than English or French. (see "Translation Requirements" in the PCRC Online Guide) The final package for EACH document MUST include the completed cover page with the certified copy of the original directly behind the cover page.
