    CONCLUSION

    The conclusion that I draw from the study & analysis that in GSK, a welfare officer perform their duties and responsibilities according to the Factory Act 1948 or Punjab Factory Rules Act 1952 .In the end, I have seen in GSKCH that the main motive is not to earn only profits, company always see the health and safety of their employees and workers, GSKCH is the largest Health food drinks industry in India.
