THE CONCERNED CITIZENS OF ROSELLE PARK RESOLUTION: 110701

INTRODUCED BY: Jacob Magiera, Acting Chair; Saul Qersdyn, Acting Vice Chair SUBJECT: Extension of Acting Executive Board until January 2012 TYPE: Preamble, Purposes and Principles

WHEREAS the amendment to the bylaws for The Concerned Citizens Of Roselle Park has moved the annual meeting dates from July to January; and WHEREAS the recent resignations of the Chair and Treasurer within the past months have not allowed for the full execution of the organizations bylaws to take effect; and WHEREAS the acting executive board was discussed and voted on during the general meeting in May 2011 and the executive committee meeting in June 2011, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the current acting executive board of Chair (Jacob Magiera ), Vice-Chair (Saul Qersdyn), and Treasurer (Elisabeth Qersdyn) remain until the January 2012 election of officials. The acting board will be able to run for a full term in 2012, if they so choose, in accordance with the organizations bylaws Articles II and IV.
