Introduction
The purpose of this research is to aim to identify the relationship between headmaster leadership style and teachers performance in terms of their job satisfaction.

Background of Research
Recently, Tamil schools were moving towards achieving greater results on par with other schools after the National Symposium in year 2003. However, the achievement in results did not last long but it eventually decline in numbers and level of consistency fluctuates.

Related Research
Teachers communication satisfaction with their principals is affected by teachers demographic factors as age, gender, teaching experience and academic education. The work organization characteristics are centralization, leadership, feedback and communication. Feedback reinforces certain behavior among the subordinates. encourages its repetition and the faster the response to behavior, the stronger the effect on future behavior

Findings of Datas
There is a significant relationship between teachers job satisfaction and the initiating structure leadership style of the headmasters. There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and the experience of the respondents. There is a significant relationship between teachers job satisfaction and the consideration leadership style of the headmasters.

Importance of Research
The findings of this research hopefully provide school leaders with the skills and practices needed to lead a school in a way that can maximize sustained achievement for all students.

Limitation of Research
Time constrain No Interest Limited respondent

Conclusion
This research is carried out to observe teachers job satisfactions and organizational commitments. The purpose of this research is to study to make an in-depth probe on how these Tamil school leaders work to empower their teachers and also to identify the challenges they face, from the perspective of the teachers. Teachers perspective was emphasized because for ultimate it is the teachers who would make a difference to the school overall achievement.
