Students Own Documents

1. Original Passport (Valid for at least six month) + Old Passport (if any). 2. Completed and signed application forms including the self assessment available at VFS, Simon Centre (1st floor), Road # 22, House # 4/a, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212. The form is also available at www.vfs-uk-bd.com 3. Two recent photographs (45mm x 35 mm sized) with white background. 4. Evidence of current studies, current employment, current status. 5. Valid offer and visa letters. 6. Evidence of fees paid (if available). 7. Accommodation confirmation letter (if any). 8. Proof of language proficiency (IELTS/ TOFEL/ any other course taken). 9. All academic certificates and transcripts. 10. Health screening certificate from IOM (TB test). 11. Bank statement with solvency certificate. 12. A Statement of purpose where you need to mention clearly why you want to study in the UK, your reason behind choosing a particular subject and institute. 13. Birth certificate and letter of consent for students who are under 18. 14. 2 sets of photocopies of all above mentioned documents.
