LADY GUEST/S STAYING ALONE HOTEL SUPPORT POLICY

Reservation Particulars regarding this should not be disclosed. Preferably FOM alone should handle this reservation. A reliable driver should be sent for Airport/ Rail station pick up and drop. Check in Guest arrival should be pre-registered. After completing the front desk formalities guest should be escorted to the room either by GRE, or by a lady House Keeper. During the absence of these two, Manager on duty to assist. Room Allocation to be close to the lift, preferably along with families and other ladies in the adjoining rooms. Rooms should be blocked under special category with an indication HWC (Handle with Care). Visitors must take prior permission at the reception and on verification with the guest, visitor can be sent to the room accompanied by a Reception staff. Telephone operator should be advised to record all the incoming calls and strictly connect the call only after due verification. Security to be alerted. Frequent patrol by the floor security supervised by the shift In-charge. Staff should go to the room only after getting the prior permission preferably with the senior staff of the respective department. Staff should not open the occupied room unless the guest calls him in. GRE and House Keeper should speak to them as often as possible and assure the guest that we are concerned about their safety and comfort. House Keeping department should clean the room by a senior room supervisor and with a prior intimation to his HOD. Evening attention to be done under the supervision of floor supervisor. All HODs, GM must be informed about this guest stay. Assistance : GRE, FOM should extend all assistance possible and advice the guest to use only our hotel cars and keep us informed about her movement during her stay with RR Inn. Also advice the guest not to invite unknown vendors to the hotel and especially to the room. Check Out- Preferably a lady employee (GRE) to see her off after the suggestion form is filled up.
