 Q1 Who is eligible for the scheme?

ANS1 Any client whose net value is <=Rs 5000 is eligible for the scheme. Expect all contracts to be ~2500 avg.  Q2 When can the client claim the gift ,after 50% clearance of amount or full realization of amount. Ans2 Client can claim the gift only after full realization of the payment to company and when the company collates all orders and manages logistics for individual delivery across locations. Likely to take about 2 months from end of scheme.  Q3 Can the client claim to adjust gift value in contract? Ans3 NO. Company will only give the eligible gift as per slab of scheme.  Q4 Can the client exchange the gifts? Ans4 No exchange of gifts.  Q5 What are the payment options/ ANS EMI through credit card/cheque payment.  Q6 Do the customer has right to ask the gift of particular brand? Ans6 The decision totally lies with the company- only reputed brands will be procured.  Q7If the client is signing two contracts worth Rs 2500/- each will he be eligible for the gift? ANS7 The net amount should be as per the slabs  Q8 When will be the gift delivered to the client?  The company has to collate all orders and manages logistics for individual delivery across locations. Likely to take about 2 months from end of scheme, earlier delivery is the goal.  Q9 Are we responsible for the any sales or after sales service? The manufacturer or dealer as the case may be will be responsible for product performance and warranty/service etc. Getit has no responsibility in this- we can support with purchase information.  Q10 Can we exchange default product? This will be governed by manufacturer policy on this.  Q11 Is the offer for all the clients.

For contracts signed in June (or until the scheme is valid)  Q12 If the client is issuing part payment ,will he get gifts only when all his cheques /EMI is settled. YES. Gifts will be delivered when the final payments are realized.
