General Objectives: y After Nursing Intervention, the group will be able to find a family for a case and to gather

all information related with their health condition, status and lifestyle. Our group also aims to enhance our knowledge and improve our skills in order to provide adequate case for us to prevent illnesses and promote optimal health for the family.

Specific Objectives: y y y y y y To be able to establish rapport with the family. To be able to gather necessary information with regards to the familys condition, baseline information and of their health history. To be able to assess the family through observation &interview and physical assessment. To be able to identify family health problems and risk factors which could aggravate the problem. To be able to collect and analyze all the data which is used in recognizing the familys need. To be able to formulate an appropriate FNCP that will solve the health problems or needs of the family, by involving significant others as well as the members of the group. To be able to provide health teachings that will help educate the family on how to prevent illnesses and on how to promote their health. To be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the FNCP.
