To organize Training programs for channel partners,RSPs and Resellers of intel. Training called IRAP(intel Retail Advantage Program)

Brief explanation of how the task was done

To make them registered with IRAP on paper as well on intel web. To make aware about benefits of the program and Conduct the test for successful completion of Training. In last,To avail IRAP Certificate to the right candidate. IRAP training was held for two sessions. Each one involves 20 participants which were resellers and RSPs. Objective test and online assessment has been done at the end of training. All 40 participants were made registered with IRAP program. Benefits of whole program were explain well befor appearing for program and test.

Difficulties in meeting the current goals

Hard to convince about participation in program because as there was no monetary benefits in this program.

Difficult in 2nd session to meet the target of 20 as timing of training session was odd. still done with 18 participants.
