RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

PURPOSE : Fulfilling growing needs by lending proper amount of loan for fruitful purpose. OBJECTIVE :  To acquire basic knowledge about the bank s lending system.  To understand the work culture.  To develop necessary interpersonal and managerial Skills.  To gain first hand experience from Bank.  To have an experience in handling customers in Bank.

 RESEARCH DESIGN : The research type is descriptive research. The research primarily focuses on the secondary sources and first hand information through daily training and observation basis. DATA COLLECTION : Informal method. SOURCES : Primary and secondary sources like follow up with bank employees, bank s internal records and web search. TOOLS : Focus interaction with the employees of banks for 4 weeks and interaction with customers for 1 week. BENEFICIARIES : For the banks, management students and corporates.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

SCOPE :  Information extracted from secondary sources.  Information given by the employees of banks. LIMITATION :  Lack of the availability of the first hand information.  Information gathered is confined to the place, time and organization.  Information is also confined to academic knowledge gained by me during the study of the course.  Very small research to give real picture.
